Free to play Ujoy Chaos Combat: Dark Gold Rank released in the Latest Patch

A new patch has come for Ujoy’s mobile ARPG Chaos Combat this week, bringing the Dark Gold Rank as the new feature.

Dark Gold Rank will be the new title that players can have after the patch update this week. Having the title will allow to obtain those Dark Gold items including set pieces, jewelry and weapons. As the currently top items, Dark Gold equipment will largely improve character’s stats with its set bonus.

Apart from the privilege of getting Dark Gold items, possessing Dark Gold Rank also gives player a new title showing up above the character name, which would look much more conspicuous.

Ujoy Chaos Combat: New Character Coming for the New Patch

The week is a big week for Ujoy’s 3D mobile ARPG Chaos Combat. With the newly released character Dragoon, Chaos Combat has had its latest patch since Thursday. Now let’s take a look at it!

Dragoon has his long story. He is a young warrior fighting against those monsters and evils with his long spear that was handed down in the family. However, despite his power that allows him to eliminate devils, he still couldn’t prevent his beloved one from leaving with Prince of Dragon. In revenge, he called Prince of Dragon for a death fight. At the end, both Dragoon and Prince of Dragon disappeared but while walking pass the place of their last fight, the noise of weapon hitting each other can still be heard.

In Ujoy’s Chaos Combat, Dragoon has strong attack ability and fast attack speed. He possesses devastating skills that deal great damage to single or plural enemies. His long spear also allows him to have a long range of attack which can even hit opponent to death in a significant distance.

Ujoy Chaos Combat: Preview the Notes of the Latest Patch

Ujoy has released a new patch for its 3D mobile ARPG Chaos Combat this week, featuring several new contents including Class-Changing, new item Mirror of Universe, the 6^th area of War of God & Demon, etc. Now let’s take a little look on these new contents!

Class-Changing Unlocked

While reaching level 75 or above, players are able to unlock the new feature of Class-Changing, which allows players to play multiple classes in game. All the stats including skill points, experience gained and levels will be remained at the same level in each changing of class.

Mirror of Universe

Mirror of Universe will be released in the latest patch as a new Talisman in Chaos Combat. The feature of this item is that it can keep players alive in battle. It has skills that recover both health points and mana while receiving fatal damage. Players equipping Mirror of Universe will also have a high chance of reviving in battle.

New area of War of God & Demon

It’s called Frost Ridge and it will be opened as the 6^th area of War of God & Demon. Any players at the level of Dia III are allowed to take this challenge. S-Dia equipment would be dropped from the area, which would improve largely players’ battle abilities.

Ujoy Merc Storia: Character Awakening System Review

In Ujoy’s anime-themed mobile RPG Merc Storia, characters can be awakened, which means that their abilities will be largely improved. Awoken characters also have more SP and rune slots. Each character can be awakened 15 times and each awakening will be adding five levels to the maximum level.

1-star character (Normal): Lv30 maximum. Lv105 maximum after awakening. Two rune slots maximum.

2-star character (Rare): Lv40 maximum. Lv115 maximum after awakening. Three rune slots maximum.

3-star character (High-Rare):  Lv50 maximum. Lv125 maximum after awakening. Four rune slots maximum.

4-star character (Super-Rare): Lv60 maximum. Lv135 maximum after awakening. Five rune slots maximum.

5-star character (Ultra-Rare): Lv70 maximum. Lv145 maximum after awakening. Six rune slots maximum.

There are two way to awaken characters in Merc Storia, either recruting same characters or exchanging Awakening Book with Medals which players can obtain from guild battles.

2-star Awakening Book: Exchange with 50 Medals

3-star Awakening Book: Exchange with 150 Medals

4-star Awakening Book: Exchange with 300 Medals

5-star Awakening Book: Exchange with 500 Medals

Rarer characters (with more stars) will consume more Medals while exchanging Awakening Book. Therefore, it’s suggested that players get those less rare characters awoken in the early phase.

Ujoy Merc Storia: Choose the Suitable Rune for Yourself

Ujoy has released the OBT version for the anime themed mobile RPG Merc Storia which has previously drawn many players’ attention during its release in both Japan and Taiwan. In order to provide more information of the game to fresh players, Ujoy decides to review the rune system today, giving more suggestions to players thinking about which rune to choose.

Melee Defender Characters (Tank)

Considering that tank characters usually have a quite large amount of health points (HP), it would not be necessary to have Rune of Life on them. Rather, Healing Rune or Rune of Rapidity would seem to be more helpful in this case, of which the former recovers tank’s HP while retreating and the latter allows tank to move more quickly.

Melee Attacker Characters (DPSer)

In terms of attacking, the prior one should be Rune of Power which increases the attack ability. For those who have three slots, there are Berserker Rune, Rune of Fire, Rune of Light and Rune of Water for choice. Berserker Rune reduces the damage that DPSer takes and  increases the damage dealt. The other three are suggested to use depend on maps with different effects.

Distant DPSers

The consideration of runes for distant DPSers should depend on the whole squal that players have. If the whole efficiency of damage relies on distant DPSers, then Rune of Power and Berserker Rune should be the suggested choice. In the case that there are gunners or archers in squal, Penetrating Rune and Critical Rune would also be the choice, which allows multiple hits and increases the damage of critical hits.

Ujoy Merc Storia: OBT Version Coming Next Week in Southeast Asia

After previously releasing the CBT version for a few weeks, Ujoy has now proclaimed that the OBT version for its popular anime themed mobile RPG Merc Storia will be released next week!

Ujoy Merc Storia is a Japanese style RPG of which the feature includes characters designed in anime style, cute mascots and an interesting story background with a special worldview, which has caused many Southeast Asian player’s attention since its CBT.

There are seven classes and dozens of weapons and items available for choice. Each weapon has a specific effect in attack. Players can also make commands such as rush, attack and retreat. Characters in higher category (with more stars) would cast spells with more gorgeous effect and so would those rarer pets.
